Qi Gong is a modern term for ancient Chinese Taoist exercises Dao Yin, it is a very conscious coordinated movement while achieving bending ,stretching ,tensing and releasing all areas of our body. The movement is guided by myself and is very slow, precise into certain postures this helps us to stay present in our body plus increase a natural pump action of body fluids - Blood, Lymph and CSF (a fluid that baths the spine and brain) around the body releasing any blockages and increase circulation to the brain plus all the cells and organs.
These exercises are very powerful when practiced regularly and can be for all ages, and abilities, we will work with other Daoist practice to self heal and slow us down.
The benefits are well documented for centuries and now in modern research of neuroscience.
